Default BB 8310 and OSX 10.6.5 sync

Hi

Using BB desktop software for Mac to sync calendar and tasks.
On OSX 10.6.4 it worked perfectly, upgrading system to 10.6.5, now BB device is not recognized (mounted) under OSX.
The system doesn't mount BB device and also mass storage device?
Any ideas how to solve this, are there any threads that this new build 10.6.5 has difficulties with BB devices?

Works fine for me with the 9800.

No error codes?

Try a battery pull on the BB.

And delete DM and download/install the latest version and see if it will connect.

Have tried to DL latest DM, still no success.
What did you meanwith battery pull?

BB - with the device on, pulll the battery for about 30 seconds. Put it back in and let the BB reboot and see if it will connect.

Thanks, but still no success.
Any other ideas, can be problem with OS on BB device? Can it be upgraded and how?

See the yellow sticky at the top of the 8300 section for the latest OS for your device and the instructions. The OS is device specific so make sure you get one for the 8310.

As for instructions, follow them exactly and be patient. It can take an hour or longer. If using a laptop, make sure it is plugged in to a charger and it doesn't run out of power.
