Is it possible to hide one 3rd party application icon from all user's BB device using IT policy ?

I am using BES 4.1.7

Please let me know the steps if we can do this.

You can't hide any icons using BES IT Policies.
Hiding icons is a device-only option.

Depending on how your Software Configuration is set up, you might be able to Disallow the application and thus remove it completely from the device.

Can you provide some more details on what you're trying to accomplish?

Yes, you can disable the carrier's browser.
In your IT Policy, set:
Allow IBS Browser = False

Will this setting disable/hide all kind of carriers browser icon like vodafone, AT&T etc. ?

and also could you please explain what is carrier WAP browser and what is Internet Browser provisioned by the carrier ?

Yes.

Older BlackBerry devices used a WAP browser but it has largely been made obsolete.
The Internet Browser is delivered to the device by way of a service book. Each mobile carrier has the ability to push this service book to the end user device based on their Blackberry Data subscription plan.

You, as the BES admin, can choose to block this service book by way of IT Policy and force all web browsing to use the BlackBerry MDS Browser on the device. This routes all web browsing traffic through your BES so it can be logged.
