Hello, I have recently done a server migration from SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 which went through pretty smoothly. Once the migration was complete i reinstalled BESX, but i used a different SRP key because i downloaded a newer version of the BESX. I think now this was a bad mistake! It caused all sorts of various problems such as a "Desktop" icon appeared which contained mails, some contacts duplicated on the BB handhelds so i decided to do a security wipe & re-assign the devices to their users. This seems to have fixed the problems however, with some users after re-activating the BB handhelds across the wire it doesnt seem to be syncing their Inbox. Any new emails that come in after the activation are working fine as is sending, but it is not picking up mails that are in my inbox prior to the activation. This also applies to subfolders under inbox even though on BESX i have selected it to sync these folders. Any ideas why this is happening?
