Default syncing after BES desctivated

Please Login to Remove!

So I had a BES from work that i have recently discontinued. I am now trying to sync the device to my computer using blackberry desktop manager. I get only a partial sync and i get a message saying that contacts/notes/tasks/calendar are set up for wireless sync and that I need to go into each app and deactivate wireless sync but I cannot click on the appropriate tab to complete this instruction(the "mouse" rolls right over the option and will not allow me to change settings). Is this something that I can fix on my own or does the IT dept have to manage this. I really dont want to go to the IT Dept. thx

Those changes need to be made on the device itself... not within desktop software.
In each PIM module on the device, go into Options and change Wireless Synchronization to NO.
