Question Will the blackberry slow down by install and removing programs like a computer?

Please Login to Remove!

I am wondering if it is bad to download every app that seems interesting and then un installing the ones I don't like. I am a bit un familiar with the blackberry OS 6 and I would like to know if it is like a computer the more you install and uninstall the more frags and junk get left on your BB which makes it slower and unstable. Is this the case?

Thanks

It's the same. And every so often you need to restart.

I only did a battery pully after installing all my apps, never needed after that.

the 9780 has enough memory to run anything and still be fast

Its not a pc and removing the old apps does just that, it removes them. there is a memory cleaning app included in the advanced security options that will cleanup any issues with memory. Pulling the battery will do a clean reload of the OS and generally fixes any wierd issues caused by most problemsor app corruptions.
