So we have just recently migrated to Exchange 2010 and BES 5.0.2. I have users reporting that they can not forward email attachments. The email goes through, but the attachment gets stripped.

- The attachments are minimal in size.
- This happens to both internal and external email.
- I tested the attachment service and it was successful.

Any thoughts?

Specific attachments ( the file extensions) require inclusion in the blackberry Attachment service setup.
Blackberry offers some information on their web site. I included only one suggestion from them.

Thank you for the reply tsac. I double checked and all attachments needed are already there.
