i switched device using the desktop manager and ever since, anytime i add a new contact on my new device im not able to see their display pictures but i can see that of my old contacts from the old device and if i change display pictures on my new device ppl wit my old pin see the picture change any one able to help?

wrong section and I cannot move this but it is actually something that could be wrong at the RIM level, but out of curiosity have you re-invited the contacts back to your new PIN? as when you use the DTM to switch the contacts yes it will put them on but it will not have everyone automatically switch to your new PIN, only good way of doing that is having your BBm contacts backed up to your email address and restore from there , all in the options of the new BBm.

What he said..will move the contacts but you have to reinvite with new pin...found that out when I switched to my 9650,
