Default Need a solution multiple calendars

I'm looking for a solution that will allow a user to manage a calendar (in addition to their own) from their BlackBerry. This is an Exchange 2007/Outlook 2007 environment running BES. The user is an Outlook Delegate and has full access to the principal's mailbox and calendar when using Outlook. I want to duplicate this behavior on the BlackBerry. Thanks!

You can't do this with the BlackBerry.

Can't believe RIM hasn't added this... another user to delete from BES and add to Activesync. The iPhone supports this!
