I'll be travelling to Canada this coming week and need to have voice access via my BB (realizing I'll be paying roaming charges). Is there any way I can deactivate email receipt on my BB since I'd rather not pay for data transfer charges while in Canada. Is there a way to this on the BBhandheld? Thanks!

There's an option in the handheld if you are using 4.0 (both BES and device) to turn email delivery off. Or you can set it in the desktop manager using 3.x..

If you delete the service book, it will have to be resent from the BES, assuming you're not using BWC. If you are, you can send yourself a new service book. If you're on BES, you're better off using Desktop Manager to turn off email redirection, or if you can't get to your PC, have your BES guy disable your account.
