i want to solution my blackberry 8310 keypad not fungtions..
ok,p,o,u,q.2.3 not fungtions....
keypad shot to ground.....
helpme...

Did the device get wet? Sounds like water damage.

If by "shot to ground" you mean you dropped it, the keypad may be damaged.
