bought unlock codes tried to use them and got to 0 unlocks iv deleted the os then re installed the os still 0 attempts any suggestions :\?

Once you get to zero attempts, your device will be permanently locked to the original carrier.

you cannot reset this counter at all sorry but that leaves you SOL, you will not be able to leave the network of that service provider that they phone is from.

This is a good lesson on reading the documentation before making critical changes. I received a code from a forum sponsor that was wrong. I stopped and emailed them at the first failure and they corrected the code. They apologized for the mistake. Had I not read the process posted I might have had the same issue. So the lesson, READ the documentation. Mistakes do happen.
