| Re: Duplicating Contact entries This may help. If i understood your question.
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Click File.
Choose Import and Export.
Select Export to a file.
Click Next.
Select Personal Folder file (.pst).
Where it says xxx8220;Select the folder to export from:xxx8221; make sure that Contacts is the only folder highlighted.
In the Save exported file as section, you might want to click browse and change the location and or file name for easy use.
Place the dot in Allow duplicate items to be created (this is because it is possible to know 2 people with the same name).
Click Finish.
Once completed, you will need to delete all of the contacts from Microsoft Outlook.
Then click File.
Choose Import and Export.
Click Next.
This time choose Import from another program or file.
Click Next.
Select Personal Folder File (.pst) from the list.
Click Next.
Ensure that the correct document that was created is listed in the File to import field.
Again, place the dot in Allow duplicates to be created.
Click Next.
In the Select the folder to import from box, ensure that Contacts is the only folder that is highlighted.
Click Finish.
