Ok people. I think I solved the locked blackberry desktop password problem. I used numbers as my password which I finally changed to letters.... if you have password as numbers? try changing it and and see if that works. worked for me... yay me...

He thought his BB password had numbers but he didn't hold the alt key when he typed them so they were really letters.
