A couple of months ago, my blackberry Curve 8330 keyboard stopped working. I stopped using it for a while, and just gave up. It's very inconvenient not having a phone so I've decided to now do something about it. I have tried researching about it, updating the software, restoring it and nothing works. When I pull the battery out, the 'End' key still works to turn my phone back on, but once it has reloaded itself, nothing works. It will light up when I plug it in, and I can still receive calls and texts but I cannot read them. Could somebody give me some ideas on how to fix this? Please and thank you!

Sounds like moisture damage. Time for a new device unfortunately.

Agree, that is the most likely explanation.

You could have it looked at and get a cost estimate to repair. And if it is moisture damage it will be too costly. I would just get a new device if it were me. But you need to look at your options relative to your budget, of course.
