Default BB 9700 not synching all contacts with outlook

Hey everyone, I got a bb 9700 and I want to synchronize it with my outlook. I've done it before, but now i'm facing a problem that has never occurred me, when I click to synchronize it with outlook and copy only my contacts (about 1400) it only copies 18, and that's it. I've reinstalled it, didn't work out, i've tried in another computer, same problem, and now i'm without ideas.

My desktop manager is v5.0.1.
Can someone help me with this issue?

A few questions. Are you on a corporate BES? It is possible there is a restriction set in the IT policy. If not on a corporate service and your sure your selecting the correct contact list to synchronize you may have a filter set or if you have a lot of their party apps installed and are low on memory the BB is not able to load the contacts. Another possibility is If a contact does not appear on your contact list, verify the following items:

1. Ensure that the group list containing the missing contact is fully expanded (not collapsed). To expand the group list, on the Contact List screen, select the group and then click Expand.
2. Ensure that the contact has not removed you from their contact list. If the contact has deleted you, that individual will not be displayed in your contact list.

I'm posting a picture of my BB manager for you to checkout, you'll see that in my address book i got only 18 registers, and in my address-book - all i got 1267. I tried doing some filter, but it didn't help, there i must make rules for it, and i want it all, not specific ones. I'm not aware of what is a bes, but i'm not in a corporate network, i'm using the dm at my personal computer.

Is there any other kind of solution that i can try?

I think I may have partially solved the problem. There are 2 contact lists in my BB, both with same name Unknown. How can I merge these 2 lists into one?

I'm not sure how -- or even if -- you can merge the two address books into one. There's a KB article at blackberry.com on this situation, and last I read it the solution was to use desktop manager to delete all address book databases on the handset and then resync. Do a full backup first. Also disconnect the blackberry after you delete the databases and do a hard reset before resyncing or restoring address book data.

You may want to try and figure out what happened before you waste time fixing it only to have it happen again right away. Do you sync your contacts with something else like google or yahoo? Do you run google apps that interact with your address book?
