I have hundreds of e-mail messages on my BlackBerry. Is there an easy way to select numerous messages at a time rather than individually whether on the BB or via a laptop?

on the device, select a date and hit blackberry key, select delete prior.

What devnull said, and also...

Hold caps key to scroll and select multiple messages.

If you want to be more selective, select a message, then select search on sender from the menu, then use delete prior on the search result. Or, create saved searches for recall, and do the same.

Set your messages option if necessary to keep messages only 30 days.
