hii can someone help me to reset my 9800 i want to delete everything to sell it

Open options > security. Do a security wipe and select to delete third-party apps. It may take a while. Let it finish.

And make sure that you cancel your BIS account to release the PIN so the buyer can set up email and access RIM services and notify all BBM "friends" that you no longer own the device.

Also - do not forget to remove or erase the SD memory card.
