I have switched from iphone and now I have a BB Torch, nice device, but It cannot recognise video files. The only file that is recognised is the sample one, which came with my Torch.
I went to the BB website to check that I was using the right formats, including resolution, kbps. I tried using different formats, but no success.
I also tried the Quick Pull application
I tried removing the battery
I tried reading previous threads and I adjusted settings for the SD card (my card works fine with other files)
The video files work fine in my wife's iphone and on iTunes
I would be very grateful for any advice, because I purchased the BB Torch, mainly for the big screen (to see videos on it)

maybe they are DRM protected in I tunes and you need to sync with Desktop manager that supports I tunes.
