What's the best way to get AOL email from a BB device?

You can have your AOL e-mail collected along with the rest of your POP3 messages using the BWC. The BWC will accept an AOL e-mail address.

How do you then reply to those AOL email while keeping the aol address as the send from address? Will the BWC push the email back to AOL, or does it simply insert a "reply to" field?

It uses the one address that is in the BWC.

Do you mean the [email address] or anything you can put in?

You can put one "Reply To" address in the BWC settings. That's what it will show - not necessarily the [email address]
