Anyone have experience using the BB media player to play music via headphone jack inputted into their car stereo?
I setup a 1/8 inch stereo cable to plug my 9800 Torch into the stereo jack on the back of my Pioneer car CD player receiver.
While it works, and works fine, I'm disappointed that the sound output level is half that of the radio receive or the CD player. I'm using MP3 that I riped at full 320bit rate.
Anyone similar experiences? Would this be normal; I've not really done this before so don't have comparison experience. Do others with experience with piping a mp3 player into the deck ... do you normally get loudness comparable to the deck's native output (like radio or CD) ?
I do notice there is a "audio boost" under the Media Options on my BB Torch; I have not yet gotten back to trying that setting in the car to see if it makes much of a difference. Are there other settings that should/could be adjusted to have an impact on this regards?
