Default Got new BB last night

Please Login to Remove!

Well I made it back to the UK and now have my new BB Torch, managed to get a replacement SIM card from o2 before they closed and now the phone is up and running
I have a few questions;
1. How can I see the email folders (labels) on my device ....I have Google apps account and using google sync
2/. I received my usal morning report from work as a PDF file but when i tried to zoom in it was unreadable, this was not an issue on my iPhone
3/. My calendars are not showing up even though i have checked the box in google sync
4/. When I delete an email on the BB it also deletes it in outlook, but when I delete it in outlook it still shows in BB, how do I fix that problem

Thanks

You need to install "Enhanced GMail Plugin".

Ugh...Why are you using Google Sync?
After countless posts explaining to you that all you needed was the Enhanced Gmail Plugin and BIS.
Google Sync is deprecated and the functionality is now integrated into BIS.

Regarding the PDF zooming... after you zoom, you need to wait a few seconds for it to refocus on the zoomed area. If you have a slow data connection, it may take several seconds.

Regarding your "delete from Outlook" issue... that's the way it works. Deleted items in Outlook generally won't reconcile back to the handheld since you are using BIS. This also begs the question... if you are using GMail, then why is Outlook even involved?

Sir,
you are correct I have asked many times how to do this set up and i must admit i kind of get lost in all this setting up stuff, anyway seeing as you have been very helpful please can you just give me a quick step by step how to set my phone to sync with my computer, and my Blackberry.
I want to sync email, contacts, and calendars I have 5 calendars.
I use outlook because i like outlook and i have my gmail set up to sync with my outlook program using and new (paid for) google apps account

Note right now only one of my calendars syncs with the BB the other 4 are showing up in Gmail and outlook but not on the phone

I wiped the handset, I reinstalled Google apps sync on my laptop, and now everything is working even though it is NOT instant...............I changed a bunch of contacts in gmail and that change showed up on my BB after about 1 hour
Now everything is in sync and I am somewhat happy.
I hear all these reviews 'BB Torch verses iPhone4" and always the BB wins on the email side of things but my experience of working with iPhone since it first came out using Mobile-me and using the BB for less than one week the iPhone4 wins hands down............so much more user friendly but I will solder on and hopefully get to love this phone in the long term

Can you access the following functions on your Torch while IN the GMAIL email icon?

1. Menu> View Folders. Access any Labels you've setup on GMAIL?
- beyond the SPAM/JunkMail folders (labels actually).
2. Open an actual email, and click on Menu key> File, and select the Email Label (or Folder) to route that email in that particular folder?

Sorry for the late reply but I am back on an Oil Rig in Angola so not had much chance to check into th BB forums.
Anyway
1/. Yes I can see lables
2/. Yes I can save an email to a folder on the BB
But NO to being able to see emails on the BB that have been saved to lables not on the BB i.e. in Outlook or the Gmail web page.
I hate to say it but I was hoping that it was going to be something like the iPhone where you can see any change anywhere..........anyway I still have the BB and iPhone4 and the iPhone is the one in the drawer so up and until I get the hell off this Rig the BB Torch is still my number one choice
