When I try and move a speed dial (that is tied to the service provider o2 customer services) it wont let me.
How do I do that, what i want is the first 7 slots for friends and the rest can be for o2

If the speed dial entry has a lock icon next to it, then you cannot edit it. You will have to select a different one.

There is no lock sign.
