Unhappy Congestion error

Please Login to Remove!

Hi please help!!! I jus bought a storm 2 but everytime i make a call "congestion" comes up. I was told that maybe the phone isnt on line 1 so i need help changing this. What wud i do?

Have you called T-Mo?

And using the SEARCH feature, this popped up: "CONGESTION" error when calling on STORM 2 on ATT
