Unhappy Email folders are gone - 8330

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, thank you (all) in advance for your help.

I recently had to wipe my BB due to the password feature being enabled. I didn't like having to input a password so frequently. Prior to this debacle, I had four of my email accounts showing on the home page. I have since started using BB DM v5. My email addy's are synched, however they do not appear on the home page as they used to. Please advise. TiA

I'm confused. I didn't post about my email folders. I asked about unlocking/password. Now, I'm trying to get my BB back to how it was previously. My homepage use to have the icons left aligned with all of my email folders and call log. My email addy's did not have to be re-entered.

If you have reset your device you will also need to go back into your Carriers BIS website and resend your service books (found under the help menu) to ensure you BB has all the correct service books installed. If you have done this already, do your inbox's appear when you view the full list of applications etc on your BB? If so you could just need to reorder the icons so that that mailboxs appear at the top (and therefore on your home screen if you are using a standard theme).

I figured it out, options, made sure data services and while roaming were set to on and Network Selection mode was Home Only, then I chose start provisioning. My email folders were already there but needed to be registered.
