Default need help about Photo in my BlackBerry Messenger

I got BlackBerry Curve 8520, i already give a picture to my BlackBerry Messenger. when i change that picture, my friend can get my new picture update. What trouble with this situation?? any solution?? And how it can be like that??

Did you perhaps mean "can't get my new picture"?

If so, give it a while. I heard it can take days before pictures update. Also, what version of BBM does your friend have?
