I just received a new 9000 Bold. I would like the phone to vibrate when I receive a corporate email message. I played around with the Profiles but can't seem to get it to work.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Set the corporate emailmaccount as Level 1 messages and your others as not Level 1. Then you should be able to change the profile alert for all Level 1 messages to vibrate on alert. That assumes you want only corporate emails to trigger the vibrating alert.

I appreciate the reply but can't figure out how to do this. I looked at the User guide and I simply can't figure it out from there either.

On BIS you would do this by filtering on the email address for an individual, or just the domain for the entity, and set the action to "make level 1" or however it is worded.

On BES, I don't know.
