Default Help Needed For Bbm !!!

Hi , i have a problem with delivery and receiving messages using bbm . Usually when a message is delivered they would put a tick with a "d" right ? Mine just gives a tick . And i can't receive messages from that person either . I can send and receive from others though . Please help ! :(
