What I am being told from someone who has already done it, I first need to get a 3.5 mm dual-male connector audio cable, and attach one end to the headphone jack on my Blackberry, and the other end to the microphone jack on my laptop. Next dowload a free online program called Goldwave. I should then be able to create a audio file of the voicemail on my laptop.
