The Vista Advanced Boot Options menu lets you start Windows in advanced troubleshooting modes. You can access the menu by turning on your computer and pressing the F8 key before Windows starts. From there I would look for a problem. |
I have tried EVERYTHING and cannot get into the bios or safe mode. Computer freezes on the Windows Vista Home Premium screen. Very frustrating. I have tried to use a Vista recovery disc as well. No access! It was all after I installed the original BlackBerry user tools CD. I will have to have my files retrieved some how and then have purchase the Toshiba recovery disc to reinstall everything.
