Well, I'm not really a newbie, I've just been away for about three years until my company finally decided they made a major mistake by taking away our blackberrys...anyway, I'm using a Curve 9330 from Sprint and have a question;

The company disabled the camera and I'm wondering if there is a way to change the function of the right convenience key. When I go into setup and click on the convenience key nothing happens.

Thanks.

If you are on a BES, perhaps the IT Policy is controlling the convenience keys, as well. If so, there's nothing you can do.

And attempting to circumvent your employer's IT Policy is typically not advisable and is a good way to separate yourself from your employment.

There should be a setting in there where djm2 said to look for setting the side keys. What OS are you running?

I suspect Mama has it right. When I go in through the wrench (sorry, can't remember if that is setup or options) and I click on the option to reset the convenience keys that does nothing as well, so I've tried two ways in and neither works.

I am on 6.0 (6.0.0.415, to be exact) (I think)
