We have a device with this PIN (removed) IMEI (removed) and a contract of BIS trough MOVISTAR provider but when we are trying to synchro OUTLOOK with an Exchange account all seems to work fine be if I read a message on my device, then the same message in Outlook appears as not read and at the contrary, if I read a message in Outlook, does not read in the device. The device has not any kind of filter. Perhaps, itxxx8217;s something related with the BIS service???
We are using Desktop Manager v 6.01 to synchro in bidirectional all itmes between device/Outlook. we have an exchange e-mail account.
