Can anyone tell me how to reinstall the software and start again from fresh with my 9700 Bold.

I updated it today and now the old style menues appear and I cannot get to my email.

Also there is an unread message of some type that I also cannot access.

I have backed up all the data so that I can restore my phone book etc after reinstalling the software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The FAQ section is a good reference to use.

Generally you want to wipe the BB and reinstall at the OS level you want . Doing an upgrade will replace the OS and from there you can set up any options.
