Default could not backup the selected device

Please Login to Remove!


I'm using my desktop manage to perform a switch, from one torch to another torch, i have selected the menu " switch device", the process will start then after a few seconds i get a popup message saying "could not backup the selected device"

can you help? thanks for reading;

please note; i have partially uninstalled carried our a repair to the desktop manager and re installed,

i have rebooted my BBtorch (twice or more) still no joy

i have reboot pc still no joy.

Delete the DM and download a new copy and install it. Backup the first BB to insure it will work then if it does do the switch.
