Hello, I am trying to load files from my desktop on to my 9700 in order to be able to run my business away from home. Some files seem to load and open ok but others give the signal index87>0 and won't open. These are .doc files. Can anyone suggest how I can change these files so that I can load them

You should put them on the SD card.

That is probably one of those errors that only the developer knows about and will be very difficult to decipher. I assume that you are opening with DocToGo.

Are there any differences between the files that open and those that give the error?
