Hi, my contacts won't open up on my 9800 Torch. It lights up when touched, but will not open - cannot access any of my contact phone numbers. I tried shutdown and restart without success. Appreciate any advice! Thanks.

Pull the battery while powered. It will reload the operating system. A shutdown does not do this.
