Default change dns record for owa

Please Login to Remove!

hi to all,
we have changed the dns record for our customer's public exchange server from an old ip to the new one, then subinmitted the update to out registar. Access to owa goes fine, but...
the problem seems that the customer's bb devices (which does not use any bes internal server but "that simple service" that permit to access mail from owa portal just putting setting on the custom made carrier web page, like tim.blackberry.com for example) still does not receive emails.
i suppose that the problem is about blackberry.com dns cache that hold the old exchange ip, but how can i check it, i have made a dig on blackberry ns but the refuse query...help!?
tnx!

Default Re: change dns record for owa

I would restart the exchange server first. Then restart the BlackBerrys individually with battery pulls. Next would be to delete the email account on the BlackBerrys and re-add it.
