help with updating bold 9700 PLEASE hello! i am hoping someone can help. for the past few days my bb icon has disapeared and am unable to get my emails or use facebook or blackberry messenger i have spoken to my service provider and they havent been able to do anything. I am sure it is something to do with the software as when i am trying to update my phone through the desktop manager a message comes up saying 'fatal error while trying to update please try again' i have done this several times but still nothing. Please help :( Emily |

Re: help with updating bold 9700 PLEASE The FAQ is your best friend. Always look there for a solution. Battery pull With the device ON, remove the back cover and take out the battery.
