Warning for unsuspecting Blackberry owners. This site sells used equipment they represent as new. I purchased a battery for my Bold 9700 paying $29 and the item arrived obviously used in poor physical condition. When I contacted them - they would not respond to my inquiries as to the part being used. They did advise they would provide a refund - but what a big hassle. The item is completely mis-represented on their site. I'm guessing I'll have to deny payment on my credit card.

Stay clear of Blackberry Place dot com

They state that they only carry "Blackberry Original Parts". Strange that the word 'new' is nowhere to be seen. A close examination of their item photos shows that the item is obviously used in their 'parts' section.
