Has anyone any thoughts on why my brand new 9780 Bold only picks up some emails? i.e. not all the emails that are recieved via Outlook on laptop are recieved on the bb although via the same email address.

I'm getting some but not all - about 60% of emails via bb on the same addy. No filters are set up - I only got bb set up a few days ago and I haven't set any up. Long discussions with Service provider - they're saying it's down to Outlook settings, but I can't see how this can be true. Email client settings are not relevent.

Thanks aiharkness. I've changed the setting per your link althouh slightly different menu's. I'll report back on whether I'm getting all emails through. Thanks for your help, it's appreciated.

Old article, newer versions of Outlook, but the concept is the same.
