I have a work phone and it has security passes put on it to stop other emails and to stop me going on the internet.

If i was to do any of the following would it get rid of it.

Get it unlocked
Reset it

Or is there another way of doing it?

Is it still a work phone? If it is, bypassing the security restrictions is a great way to get fired.

If it is your own personal phone now, and not part of the corporate BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) then search on "Remove IT Policy".

Note that if it is a corporate device, the IT Policy will automatically be pushed back down to it.

And none of the stuff you listed will help you.
