Default RIM e-mail message

Please Login to Remove!

This is going to sound ridiculous, but here goes:

My former employer is getting an e-mail message to my old work e-mail account that reads "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server."

My former boss is accusing me of "logging on to his server and downloading data with my blackberry", which, I know is ridiculous. I know the above message has to do with the desktop redirector that I had installed on my compter and used while I was an employee and is harmless, but is there anyone that can give me more information on the above message that I can provide to him to prove that I did not and have not been "logging on to his server with my phone"?

Thanks for any help.
