Default Access to Application World

Please Login to Remove!

My Curve was stolen last week then I bought a Bold. I am having trouble logging in to the BB ID in order to download apps. I have deleted it and re-installed but nothing; setup a new email addy to register an ID and nothing. Just shows an error has occurred.

Did you register your new BlackBerry with Vodacom and remove your old one? Log into the BIS page for Vodacom and enter your PIN and IMEI. That should get your BlackBerry Data Plan pointed at the correct device and give you access. Did you have access to App World on your old BlackBerry?

1. Thread-jacking is rude.
2. Wrong place. Try the Developers sub- forum.
