Exclamation Reload Software: 552 error

People, who can help me out?? I have a BB bold 9000 and it won't start at all. I tried following the procedures on BlackBerry 101: How to Reload the Operating System on a Nuked or Bricked BlackBerry but when i get to step 3 i don't have the BlackBerry 4.2 operating system or whatever the version it is...

Help please
