Default 8300 synch issue and unknown error reported

Please Login to Remove!

My 8300 Curve won't synch Outlook contacts nor calendar/notes or tasks. E-mail works fine (Verizon). When I open the BB Desktop Manager to synch, none of the categories on the "Select Organizer Data to Synch" page are clickable. When I plug in my 8300, it shows that it's connecting and then up pops a message that says "Unknown error reported." Help!

Using the forum search feature I found this thread. Read the entire thread as there appear to be different solutions.
