Advanced setting email setup

I have been trying to add an email address from my domain to my blackberry. The problem is when i try it just gvies me the message update failed. The first time round it did this it then gave me the option to manual set the settings. Which was fine i did and i could send emails from my domain. I deleted these accounts as there purpose was only for testing. Then try to add new accounts from same domain. Now it says update failed but does not give me the option to enter my own settings? Hoe can i fix this, so i can get to set up the server settings again manually?

Do you have a BB data plan?

Are you doing this from the phone or the Bell BIS site?

Please update your profile to indicate your device model number, not the nickname. There are several curve models starting with the 8300 series and they are all different.

I'm doing this directly on the phone

Ok i'll do that and the model is a BlackBerry 9300 Series

The email account i'm trying to setup is provide by Mirosoft Online Services (Exchange)
