First- was there a Back-up run on the BB before the change? - Next - The BES can be configured to retrieve data based on settings by the admin. We generally set ours to retieve the last 7 days of mail / 300 messages whatever completes first. If mail was delivered to Inbox this works well. If he sucessfully activated wirelessly, his contacts and address book should repopulate. Nothing like a back-up though.

The user's blackberry was functioning well. He was receiving his emails on a regular basis. For some reason, he thought that he needed to synch. After trying to synch...the above happened. The emails that usually gets forwarded to his blackberry no longer works. His contact info in the blackberry is gone. I went to the Blackberry server and every settings on his account is set to forward emails to his blackberry and the synch is enabled. I don't know where to start on how to solve this issue.
