Do you have a BlackBerry data plan on your account?

And if you do, then try resending your Service Books from your carrier's BIS webpage.

Went into vodafone shop today and the guy behind the counter was at my phone for 30mins was on to customer care and got them to resend settings to the phone again and told him to take battery out and put back in and it will be sorted. But no still no Browser on the phone, if i go into Downloads and then press the button to the left of the scrolling then choose Switch Application i can get the Browser Icon there but when i select it i get this message :Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device. I even downloaded Opera Mini 4 and put it on and that gives me an error and wont go on internet.

Sounds like the proper BLACKBERRY Data Plan is not set up for the device.

You need to go back to your service provider and have the double/triple check that your data plan is properly set up for your device.
