Hello all and sorry if this is the wrong forum.

I have a 9700 Bold which I've had for around a year now since the sea swallowed my last phone! I've just bought a TomTom Via 125 Live and was looking forward to using it for hands free calling while in my car.

Whenever I try and connect the two however the SatNav says that my handset isn't compatible with hands free calling. If I try and add it to my device it doesn't seem to work either.

Can anyone help? It could be that I have some settings locked off I suppose, but bluetooth is definitely on with both devices, and I am inputting the correct 4 digit pin each time too.

Thank you for any help. If you need me to give anymore info regarding phone settings just direct me what to do and I'll get you the info you need.

Not all Cell phones are able to work with every other device. If the GPS did not list the 9700 then it wont work.
