|  Not able to deploy custom app onto BB Device
Please Login to Remove! Hi All,
I am having an issue where I cannot not deploy custom made app on BB device of users using BES.
I am using BES 5.0.1 on Lotus Domino 8.5.2.
Steps already carried out
1. Allowed PROXY Server to BB website for cheking device and vendor.xml file
2. Able to publish custom made app onto BES Server Applications & Software Configuration
3. Have already shared the folder where my app has been uploaded using BES
4. Also able to add the published application under user BES profile -> Software Configuration.
After adding the software under user profile when I go onto BAS -> Devices -> Deployment Jobs -> Manage Deployment Jobs and when I click on search button I get message "The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. Verify the search criteria you specified and try again."
Not sure where I am going wrong also in the BES Logs I cannot see any type of error messages.
Can anyone help me on this please.
