Have you tried a battery pull yet?

I would suggest a clean install of the OS after you backup the phone.

Uncaught exceptions are pretty hard to track down. They are generally caused by an incompatible app or theme or a corrupt file somewhere.

What was the last thing or things you did before this popped up? You can try deleting the last few apps or themes you installed and see if that works.

Or, as above, wipe with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and reinstall the OS. Then if all is well, you can try installing your themes or apps one at a time and rebooting to see if you get the error.
